SHIPPING OPTIONS

Here at Maisonblue.com, we provide both Standard and Express shipping methods.

Please be informed that we currently ship items to Australian Addresses only (includes P.O Boxes). The recipient must reach the age of 18 and having a valid proof of age identification in hand (e.g. Driver’s License & Passport etc.) to accept the delivery that contains alcohol. If there’s no-one at the address or no individual aged 18 or above is present to receive alcoholic beverages, a delivery attempt notification with further instructions from the couriers will be left to you.

Shipping delays may occur during peak demand periods and extreme weather conditions. In order to maintain the quality of our products, we avoid dispatching orders during periods of extreme heat; Please be aware shipping delays may occur in circumstances above.

Orders are typically dispatched in 5- 48 business hours.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard Shipping for orders made via our website Maisonblue.com.au is currently free for our lovely customers.

Our standard shipping is sent via Australia Post, the typical standard shipping time for metropolitan addresses is 3-5 business days after dispatch, while remote addresses will typically take 5-9 working days for items to be delivered to you after dispatch.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

• If you are a () member with us, we do provide free express shipping for orders over () $.
• For non-members, any orders over the cost of (90?) $ is free of charge.
• Alternatively, 15$ shipping fee will be charged for each item; An “item” is each single bottle or each single case.

Express deliveries are made via “…”. For metropolitan regions, we expect delivery in 2-3 working days after dispatch, 3-6 working days for remote addresses.
