CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Maison Blue allows a 30-day return of a product if you have changed your mind. You will be refunded the cost of the items returned, minus the cost of return shipping, and minus a restocking fee of $(10%) per your Order.

Please note that any bottle you’re returning cannot be opened, damaged, or consumed–we only accept Change of Mind returns for unopened bottles. To submit a Change of Mind return, please provide the following information in your request:

– Your Order Number and proof of purchase

– The specific items within your order that you wish to return

– The reason for returning them

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after your return is sent. Once actioned, refunds can take up to 7 business days to land in your account this can vary depending on your bank. Refund will be transacted to the credit/ debit card or bank account used for the original purchase transaction.

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE RETURNS

Maisonblue will accept returns for any items that are faulty, defective, not as ordered, or not of acceptable quality. We can arrange for a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

When initiating a defective or faulty return, please provide the following information in your request:

– Your Order Number and proof of purchase

– The items within your order that are defective or not as ordered

– The reason for returning them

Our Customer Service team will review the provided details and offer a solution promptly.

For items that are found to be defective, not as ordered, or not of acceptable quality, there will be no return or restocking fee.

Refunds will also be processed within 3 business days of your return being sent. Once actioned, refunds can take up to 7 days to land in your account. Refund will be transacted back to the credit/debit card or bank account used for the original purchase transaction.

The easiest and most convenient way is to make a return inquiry via our contact us – online enquiry form; Select the reason for your return, and submit the return application.
